For returns:
We kindly ask that all items are unopened and unused for any return or exchanges.

All returns must be processed within 16 days of receiving the order (Delivered). Order # must be provided to place a return.

If for any reason you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we kindly ask that you email us.

You will be refunded in full to your original method of payment. Please note, shipping fees are not refunded. Once processed, refunds take about 1-6 business days (depending on your payment provider) to reflect back onto your original method of payment.
